Calculated automatically, by guest category according to age.
Guest folio
Café and restaurant spending charged to the room, extra services and voiding of items.
Deposit and final invoice
The deposit is deducted on the final invoice, and the invoice is fiscalised.
Housekeeping and maintenance
Cleaning tasks, room inspection, and a reported fault becomes a job for the maintenance crew.
Data retention
After the statutory period, guest data is anonymised automatically.
Reports
Guest book, overnight stays and agency settlements in Excel or PDF.
